Minibus from Kirkby Stephen to St Bees
Walk from St Bees to Ennerdale Bridge  14 miles

Ennerdale Bridge to Rosthwaite 15 miles

Rosthwaite to Grasmere 9 miles

Grasmere to Patterdale, via Helvelyn 13 miles

Patterdale to Shap 16 miles

Shap to Kirkby Stephen 20 miles (Back where we started!)

Kirkby Stephen to Keld 13 miles (Half way - water should start flowing to the East now!)

Keld to Reeth 11 miles

Reeth to Richmond 11 miles

Richmond to Danby Wiske 14 miles

Danby Wiske to Ingelby Cross 9 miles

Ingelby Cross to Blakey 21 miles

Blakey to Grosmont 13 miles

Grosmont to Robin Hood's Bay 16 miles!!
(Minibus next day back to Kirkby Stephen to drive homeward.)
